Well, it's not quite a beanie baby, but it's possibly one of the next biggest things to hit the NHL collectible scene. Planet Plush is releasing a series of NHLPA licensed stuffed animals. Here's a look at my personal favorite from the first series, Cujo!

The NHLPA series was designed be Janet Mozak and each is numbered to 60,000. They've been seen for pre-sale on numerous webpages and auctions, mostly around $19.95 a piece. The 1st series includes:

Cujo #31 - Curtis Joseph (st. bernard)
J.R. #97 - Jeremy Roenick (coyote)
Shanny #14 - Brendan Shanahan (octopus)
Raymond #77 - Ray Bourque (bear)

The Great One #99 - Wayne Gretzky (lion)
P.K. #9 - Paul Kariya (duck)
